Le gouvernement a pour objectif d\u2019atteindre 80 MtCO2e en 2050, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire de r\u00e9duire de presque 6 fois par rapport aux \u00e9missions de 2018 (445 MtCO2e). Le secteur des transports repr\u00e9sente aujourd\u2019hui 30% des \u00e9missions de CO2, ce qui fait de lui le secteur \u00e9mettant le plus de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre. Si l\u2019on parle d\u2019empreinte carbone, on consid\u00e8re qu\u2019une voiture citadine thermique \u00e9met 2,2kg de CO2 sur une distance de 10km.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-881931a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"881931a\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d93eb9f\" data-id=\"d93eb9f\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2177c19 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2177c19\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"FR\">Dans ce contexte, la Loi d&rsquo;Orientation des Mobilit\u00e9s (LOM) a \u00e9t\u00e9 adopt\u00e9e pour apporter des changements significatifs et favoriser l&rsquo;adoption des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-fe0aee0 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"fe0aee0\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-d4ac8de\" data-id=\"d4ac8de\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c004ede elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c004ede\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"FR\"><strong>La Loi d&rsquo;Orientation des Mobilit\u00e9s (LOM)<\/strong> est une l\u00e9gislation fran\u00e7aise promulgu\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2019. Son objectif principal est de <strong>transformer les pratiques de mobilit\u00e9<\/strong> pour r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre, am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air et favoriser une meilleure accessibilit\u00e9 des transports. Cette loi vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 promouvoir la transition vers des<strong> solutions de transport plus durables<\/strong>, notamment en encourageant l&rsquo;adoption de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectrique. <br \/>Elle introduit un certain nombre de mesures pour atteindre ces objectifs. Parmi les dispositions les plus importantes, on trouve<strong> la cr\u00e9ation de zones \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions (ZFE)<\/strong> dans lesquelles seuls les v\u00e9hicules les moins polluants sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 circuler. La loi impose les <strong>ZFE<\/strong> dans les villes de plus de <strong>150\u00a0000 habitants<\/strong> mais les villes ont la capacit\u00e9 de pouvoir imposer des crit\u00e8res plus restrictifs ce qui donne lieu \u00e0 des diff\u00e9rences entre les villes. De plus, la loi pr\u00e9voit des <strong>incitations financi\u00e8res<\/strong> pour encourager le passage aux v\u00e9hicules dit propres, ainsi que des obligations pour les flottes d&rsquo;entreprises d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer un <strong>pourcentage croissant de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques dans leur parc automobile.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-78cd4b1 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"78cd4b1\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-6ff4724\" data-id=\"6ff4724\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6773e75 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6773e75\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"FR\">La LOM aura des r\u00e9percussions significatives sur les entreprises et gestionnaires de flotte utilisant des v\u00e9hicules utilitaires. Tout d&rsquo;abord, elle incitera fortement les entreprises \u00e0 opter pour des <strong>v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques<\/strong> afin de se conformer aux<strong> nouvelles r\u00e9glementations<\/strong>. Plus exactement la loi demande de <strong>remplacer la flotte<\/strong> <strong>des entreprises<\/strong> par un certain pourcentage de v\u00e9hicules <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000033857529\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00e9mettant moins de 60gCO2\/km<\/a><\/span>\u00a0(certains v\u00e9hicules hybrides rechargeables respectent ce seuil).<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-bf71c3c elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"bf71c3c\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-39204d3\" data-id=\"39204d3\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0585e1a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0585e1a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"FR\">Cela ouvre de <strong>nouvelles perspectives pour le r\u00e9trofit<\/strong>, nouvelle solution innovante, <strong>qui est une conversion \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectrique d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule thermique<\/strong>, offrant aux professionnels la possibilit\u00e9 de passer \u00e0 une <strong>flotte de v\u00e9hicules plus respectueuse<\/strong> de l&rsquo;environnement<strong> sans avoir \u00e0 acheter des v\u00e9hicules neufs<\/strong>, qui sont polluant \u00e0 la production. D\u2019apr\u00e8s une \u00e9tude de l&rsquo;<u><a href=\"https:\/\/presse.ademe.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/CP-ADEME-Etude-retrofit-19052021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ADEME<\/a>,<\/u>\u00a0si l\u2019on prend l\u2019exemple de voitures citadines, le <strong>r\u00e9trofit au lieu de l\u2019achat d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule neuf<\/strong>, permet de 47% les \u00e9missions de CO2 et 66% par rapport \u00e0 la conservation d\u2019un v\u00e9hicule roulant au diesel.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-dd4c8c8 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"dd4c8c8\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-e35fbbb\" data-id=\"e35fbbb\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f4a32ae elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f4a32ae\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-medium\"><p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"FR\">Quelles dates d\u2019application de la LOM et quels\nsont les impacts sur les gestionnaires de flotte&nbsp;?<\/span><\/p><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-36941ec elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"36941ec\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-1fc59b1\" data-id=\"1fc59b1\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2ba29e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2ba29e9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La LOM a \u00e9t\u00e9 promulgu\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre 2019, mais son application se fait de mani\u00e8re progressive. Un calendrier a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli pour garantir une transition fluide et permettre aux professionnels de s&rsquo;adapter aux nouvelles exigences. Voici un aper\u00e7u des principales \u00e9tapes du calendrier :<\/p><ul><li>2021 : Entr\u00e9e en vigueur des zones \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions (ZFE). Les v\u00e9hicules les plus polluants sont progressivement interdits de la circulation<\/li><li>2022 : Pour les <strong>entreprises de plus de 100 v\u00e9hicules<\/strong>, les gestionnaires de flotte seront dans l\u2019obligation de renouveler leurs v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 hauteur de <strong>10% en \u00e9lectrique<\/strong>. Des <strong>incitations financi\u00e8res<\/strong> sont \u00e9galement mises en place pour encourager l&rsquo;achat de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques<\/li><li>2023 : \u00c9largissement des zones \u00e0 faibles \u00e9missions (ZFE) \u00e0<strong> 11 villes fran\u00e7aises<\/strong> : Aix-Marseille, Grenoble, Lyon, Montpellier, Nice, Paris, Reims, Rouen, Saint Etienne, Strasbourg et Toulouse. L&rsquo;objectif est d&rsquo;\u00e9tendre progressivement ces zones pour couvrir une grande partie du territoire<\/li><li>2024 : Renforcement des obligations pour les flottes d&rsquo;entreprises d&rsquo;int\u00e9grer un pourcentage croissant de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques, <strong>\u00e0 hauteur de 20%<\/strong>.
