Cette dissolution d\u00e9grade la long\u00e9vit\u00e9 : on compte <strong>environ 2 000 cycles pour le LMFP<\/strong>, contre <strong>environ 3 500 cycles pour le LFP<\/strong>.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de fabrication plus complexe<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>L&rsquo;ajout de mangan\u00e8se <strong>modifie le pH<\/strong> et d\u00e9stabilise le <strong>slurry<\/strong>, cette p\u00e2te contenant les mat\u00e9riaux actifs de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrode, \u00e9tal\u00e9e sur une feuille m\u00e9tallique pour fabriquer l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrode. Des <strong>ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes d&rsquo;agglom\u00e9ration<\/strong> apparaissent, augmentant les <strong>taux de rebut<\/strong>. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 devient plus difficile \u00e0 ma\u00eetriser, et les <strong>co\u00fbts grimpent<\/strong>.<\/p><ul><li><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 : le LMFP au niveau du LFP<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>Bonne nouvelle c\u00f4t\u00e9 s\u00e9curit\u00e9 : le LMFP <strong>conserve les m\u00eames atouts que le LFP<\/strong>.
