At CirculaCar, we have a clear mission: to promote our patented, connected batteries and transform good old combustion engines into electric stars. As a proud Lyon-based startup, we aim to transform mobility with reliable French solutions, while offering an ecological and economical alternative to the purchase of a new electric vehicle.

After 3 years of R&D and a major technical milestone with the approval of our batteries, we can now deploy our technologies on an industrial scale throughout Europe. 🎯

Projects & Expansion :

• A freshly closed fundraising round: we're about to move into 2nd gear!

• Objective: to make our company shine in 4 key sectors: special vehicles such as road vehicles, airports, intermediate vehicles (cars without licenses) and light commercial vehicles (Kangoo, Berlingo, Partner, etc.).

🎯 Your mission, if you accept it (and we hope you do!): As Sales Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action.

💼 Missions :

• 30%: Maintain and develop a network of key players.

• 30%: Strategic prospecting and implementation of tools/processes.

• 20%: Field deployment, customer visits and day-long road trips.

• 20%: Sales strategy: creation and optimization of offers, close coordination with the project manager to ensure customer satisfaction.

✈ Occasional travel required: In France, by the day and 1 to 2 overnight trips / month possible (abroad).

Working closely with the technical teams and the factory, you'll be a driving force in adjusting offers to meet customer needs. With marketing, you'll help build and optimize our offers, from lead generation to contract conclusion, to develop the CirculaCar brand. With the project managers, you'll ensure close coordination to guarantee customer satisfaction. Finally, you will participate in mobility and energy trade fairs to represent the company to customers and strategic partners.

👩‍💼 The ideal profile :

• Bac +2/5 in business or equivalent.

• If you're technically inclined, have a passion for cars or the circular economy, you've hit the jackpot.

• Do you have good interpersonal skills? Have you mastered the art of persuasion? You're not afraid of implementing processes? And, as a bonus, you have a network in the mobility or industrial sectors? Then you're perfect!

• You know how to combine autonomy, curiosity and a taste for effort.

• You speak English? Oui, et on love your accent already 💎

💶 The package :

• Fixed salary: 35-45k€ + 10 to 15k€ variable, not capped

• Contract: Open-ended executive contract (from March/April 2024, including flexibility)

• Location: Lyon/Craponne (69) - direct bus to gorge de loup and carpooling (soon with CirculaCar)
